The practitioner uses a range of intuitive, energy, sound, crystals, and coaching therapies to best address the needs of the client. This is an intensive session. 1 - 1.5 hrs.

The client and the therapist spend time discussing current needs and long term goals for addressing life issues from managing stress/anxiety, finding work-life balance, confidence and purpose. In addition, the therapist incorporates various modes of energy therapy as best fits the needs of the client.  1.25 hour session

Reiki and energy work performed remote via online virtual or phone session.  30 min. and 1 hour sessions

The Practitioner provides Reiki and the use of crystals to clear and balance the chakras along with the physical, mental and energy systems. The goal of this session is to offer balance and release, leaving the client felling refreshed and renewed. 1 hour session

The vibrational frequencies of sound healing instruments such as crystal bowls have the ability to move through skin, fluid, and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and recalibration down to the level of the cellular structure. The experience creates an environment of “resonance” within the body. The practitioner uses singing bowls, tuning forks and energy therapy to provide a healing experience. 30 minute and 1 hour sessions

The ‘no-touch’ healing protocol raises the client’s vibrational frequency by running marconic energy encoded with light information through selected points on the body’s own axiatonal grid, triggering profound

spontaneous healing. The goal  is to raise your frequency so high that you have an opportunity to connect to higher dimensional aspects of self. 30 min. and 1 hour sessions

Reflexology is a holistic discipline using the hands to apply alternating and firm pressures to the feet, hands or ears to stimulate physiological changes in the body through reflexes and the nervous system. After a brief questionnaire, the client and practitioner will discuss any specific issues that need to be addressed.  The added use of Reiki Energy allows for a deeper sense of relaxation and wellbeing. 1.25 hours

This 15 minute session is offered for a quick, therapeutic and relaxing massage of the head, shoulders and back. The client remains fully clothed and sits in a massage chair that is especially designed to provide comfort and support.

Licensed massage therapist will provide a massage technique as determined with the client to best provide pain relief, reduce stress and/or work on a specific problem area of the body.  1 - 1.5 hours

Deep tissue massage is often used to break down scar tissue and get the blood circulating in addition to providing relief from chronic pain. Common reasons clients have this massage form is for conditions such as frozen shoulder treatment and neck pain—(two side effects of working on computers all day), hip pain, etc. Offered in 15 - 90 minute sessions.

The Massage Therapist uses hot  stones to apply pressure during the 90 minute session to promote relaxation. In addition, placement of basalt River rock on different points of the body allows for the therapist to apply deeper pressure to areas of concern without causing discomfort. 1.5 hours

We will come to your space and provide a meditative and transformational Sound Bath using Crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, bells and other instruments. Each session is unique and customized for the group or event. This session provides a beautiful option for Memorial Services, Dedications, employee appreciation days, etc. 1+hour

We will come to your home, place of business or other space to perform the ritual of smudging and clearing unwanted, stuck or negative energy.  We use various tools to perform the cleansing depending on what we feel is needed based on a consultation with the client on what issues they may be experiencing and once we have arrived at the location. 1 - 1.5 hrs

Through the Oracle Cards of your choice, Donna provides a loving and clear reading, answering your important questions. She access the wisdom of higher source to provide answers that serve the client's highest good while giving clear insight. 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions are offered in person, by phone, or Skype/Facetime. ($35 for first 30 min then $1 min after)
